His real estate experience deepened when he co-founded a company providing recruitment, sales, and leadership training to LJ Hooker’s 700-plus offices in Australia and New Zealand. The company expanded to serve other sectors including financial services, healthcare, and manufacturing.
Scott then transitioned to the education sector, strategically leading his team to acquire eight Registered Training Organizations (RTOs). His impact on the education sector was marked by selling the RTOs for over $20m and co-founding an education support business. This venture grew to over 700 employees and was eventually sold for over $30m, highlighting Scott’s ability to build valuable, scalable organisations.
Today, Scott uses his extensive experience to help businesses grow as the principal of Profit Consultants.
